KICAFODE brings together resources that empower communities in Ntweetwe subcounty by creating educational opportunities, and promoting improved quality of life.
Founded in 2007,KICAFODE is a community based organization run by a group of dedicated Mentor volunteers
About KICAFODE
KICAFODE is a community based organization established to work in nine parishes that form Ntwetwe sub-county in Kiboga district. The nine parishes are Kitwala, Sirimula, Kisojjo, Bugomolwa, Ntiba, Ndibatta, Nkandwa, Kitabona and Mulagwe
KICAFODE is established to offer grass root activities that promote self-help social-economicdevelopment. The Direct beneficiaries of KICAFODE are children, youth and adultwho are living in hazardous conditions
 
In KICAFODE we believe that in a World with people with experience, information, poverty and suffering is an injustice we can overcome, we believe that poor people usually have a clear idea of what could help them overcome their problem, but they lack the resources needed to put their ideas into practice that’s why KICAFODE comes in, to provide community development programs through voluntary work providing skills that can lead people to employment, self esteem and income generating.
 
Section v- Basic Principles of Conduct:
- KICAFODE believes in upholding its Constitution that clearly defines issues on membership, sources of funding, networking and more.
- KICAFODE believes in self-help participation and identifying one's potential
- KICAFODE believes that every human being must live a good quality life.
- KICAFODE believes in strict accountability of all resources, funds, materials and time
- KICAFODE works to unite staff towards achieving the mission by providing an attractive working environment and helping them in developing their careers and personal talents as well as security for employment.
- KICAFODE works within Government policies to achieve goals that affect the life of vulnerable children and out-of-school youth
